Ethiopia Djimma natural processed is a tricky coffee to roast and wonderful coffee to drink. When roasted little bit longer than for light roasts, it opens up as a wonderful mix between chocolate, caramel and little bit of hints of rum.
Thats when brewed in filter. When brewed in espresso things get even more fun. Creamy and chocolate like elixir of fruits opens up in espresso brews.
You definately want to try this out in both brewing methods. Have fun!
