Costa Rica San Jose is part of COOPE AGRI cooperative, a union of many, many small farmers having ability to work together and improve coffee quality.
When dark roasted, this coffee turns out to be a wonderful balance between dark chocolate and hints of almonds, under pressure of espresso brewing technique, fruity flavour notes develop as well!
